Terms of use

The Forever promise

A Forever Memorial is a one-time purchase. We commit to keeping it online permanently: there are no renewal fees, and a page never comes down because of a missed payment. If this service ever winds down, we commit to providing every owner a full export of their memorial and reasonable notice.

Account deletion is final

Account deletion has a 14-day grace period: sign in and cancel within that window and nothing happens. When you request deletion, you choose whether paid Forever Memorials remain online in a permanently locked state or are deleted with everything else. Once the grace period ends the deletion is executed and is final: as a matter of firm policy we do not restore deleted accounts, edit locked memorials, or take locked memorials down at anyone's request โ€” regardless of who asks or what proof of identity or relation they offer. The only exception is a valid court order or other legal requirement, which we will comply with as the law demands.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish. By publishing, you confirm you have the right to share the photos and words you upload, and you grant us permission to display them as part of the memorial.

Respectful use

Memorials exist to honour people. We may remove content that is unlawful, harassing, or created to mock or impersonate the deceased or the grieving, and we may hide abusive guestbook entries.

Refunds

If something's wrong with a purchase, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
