Privacy

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run memorial pages, and we don't sell or share it.

What we store

Your account email and username, the memorial content you choose to publish (names, dates, stories, photos), and guestbook messages visitors leave. Passwords are stored only as one-way cryptographic hashes.

What we never see

Payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe on their secure pages; we receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Public by design

Published memorial pages are public web pages โ€” anyone with the link can view them. You can unpublish a memorial at any time from your dashboard, which hides it from everyone but you.

Removal

You can delete photos and hide guestbook entries yourself, and delete your entire account from your dashboard at any time, no contact required. Deletion has a 14-day grace period (cancel any time by signing in), then becomes permanent and removes the underlying files, not just the pages. Unpublishing a memorial, by contrast, hides it immediately. When deleting your account, you choose whether paid Forever Memorials stay online for family and friends (with editing and the guestbook closed) or are deleted along with everything else.
